Yahoo submissions

Try as I may, I can't find the part of Yahoo's site that explains their
priority submission (ie, pay) policies or procedures. I know they used to
have something like this. (Maybe it was called Priority Service?)

Can someone please point me there, or let me know if it is gone? Thanks.
