The problem is that he wants the customers to be able to print the page and
it
should only have 5 products per page! If the item won't fit on a page then
it
would be printed on the next page. I'm not aware that such a thing can be
done
with HTML.

So, got any suggestions, I'm totally out of ideas!

I ran into a similar problem and I only know of one way to make a page print
out the way you intended it to look and that is by using a PDF format.  I
know that Adobe will allow for (I think) up to 5 documents to be converted
from another format to PDF via their website.  If you can afford it, you
might want to consider purchase of Adobe Acrobat for this purpose.
