Set the preferences to not use the PDF plugin but to download the PDF to
disc and then use Reader to post process it. Either way the disk space is
shot since that PDF that appears in the browser window is stored in disk
cache. It is easier to eliminate stuff you want to keep from stuff(PDF)
you don't, if they are in a download directory. Since the cache clearing
is all or nothing.
