It's the browser that decides on that, but you could always use an image
preloading script.  My idea on you 'small' images however is that they are
rather eh... 'huge'.  A small image is not 200k let along 1MB in size.  1-6k
would be more like it as a small image.

Hi,

I have several dynamic pages that include several, up to 20, small graphics,
anywhere from 200k to 1000k in size.

They are nearly all on several pages.

I notice that when these pages are loaded the graphics, even though in cache
from a previous load, are always loaded from the server.

The page is dynamic nd should be immediately stale but how can I get the
browser to use the cached images and not always load from server.
