Go Daddy Software has filed a lawsuit against VeriSign, Inc., the largest
Internet registrar, alleging false and deceptive advertising, interference
with customer relationships, misappropriation of trade secrets, and consumer
fraud.
Go Daddy is initially seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary
injunction to stop VeriSign from sending Go Daddy customers deceptive domain
name expiration notices.
