Subject: Network Solutions

I received an email yesterday stating the the IP addresses for DNS
servers
NS1.ACCOUNTSUPPORT.COM and NS2.ACCOUNTSUPPORT.COM have been changed
and
that if we were registered with Network Solutions, the changes were
probably automatically made to our domain registration accounts.
However, I can't get to my web site, and when I checked my domain
registration info, the IP address for NS1 had been updated, but not the
one for NS2. I went ahead to make this change myself. I got the email
from Network Solutions where I am supposed to respond Yes or No to the
changes, and I did so. I keep getting an email back stating that I
failed to fill out line 1a. I HAVE filled out line 1a, (4 times now!)
and don't understand why this keeps bouncing back to me. I cannot reach
tech support over the weekend, and was wondering if anyone had any
similar experiences with this situation.
