Responsibilities 
Manages ongoing process of publishing new content and refreshing and
updating existing pages for dynamic New Media business.  Responsible for
web content quality control and maintenance of corporate standards and best
practices.  Works with designers and vendors to turn web design elements
into finished web pages.  Troubleshoots HTML issues.  Works with IT staff
and technology vendors to assure smooth integration of web front-end
elements with back-end systems.  Works with marketing and editorial staff
to assure effective scheduling and work flow for new features. Participates
in team process of brainstorming and developing innovative content and
business initiatives.  Manages special projects as required.

Qualifications 
Bachelor �s degree required; five years of relevant experience required.
Must be advanced HTML expert, including  comprehensive understanding of
complex nested tables, Server Side Includes, browser compatibility,
validation, frames, daughter windows, drop-down menus and forms, batch HTML
updates, version control, web-safe colors, and meta tags.  Knowledge of
DHTML and CSS a plus.  Must be able to convert comp image files produced by
web designers into fast-loading HTML pages.  Strong project management
skills required.  Knowledge of Javascript and/or ASP a plus.  Database
development expertise a plus.  System administration and Internet server
and network knowledge a plus.  Must have excellent understanding of the
web, and the end user experience. Mac and PC Experience desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.  Experience in
print publishing and/or direct marketing business environments a plus.
Must be well-organized and a team player.
