Re: getting back to the root directoryby "susan" <susan(at)parnabyf.freeserve.co.uk> |

> What if the cd rom someone will use it on isnt d:/? Mine isnt. I know, I tried it out on my e drive and of course it did not work. This time I have found a way round it as I have set the menu to open everything into a new window. Therefore the user can close the window and go back to the menu that way. I have still to test it on my husband yet. If it does not get him into a muddle most basic to average users would be able to cope with it. I now have a showcase set up that should make my tutor very happy next term. On the other hand this still does not solve the problem of how do you go back through along the file path without starting at the very beginning (i.e. naming the root or using http)? Am I asking to do the impossible? Susan
