weird HR in Netscape

HELP! I'm about to lose it over this stupid thing. If you look at the splash
page of my site with NS 5, there's this weird horizontal rule on the top
left corner. I think it's caused by the invisible gif I'm using for the
border but I don't know why it's doing this. I'm also using the gif on
another page but it doesn't do it there. Any suggestions or help would be
much appreciated.
