Hi Dave. I don't think that the order in which the tags are placed makes a
difference.

However, If you are coding in XHTML, it won't validate correctly unless the
tags are nested correctly. E.G.
<.b><.i><.u>This Text<./u><./i><./b>
(Excluding the dots).

In otherwords, the tags have to be closed in the order they were started.
Other than that, I don't believe the tag order makes any difference at all.
