Please help!!!

This may be off topic, but I'm desperate for a solution. I've just had a
search engine screen pop up out of nowhere for the fourth time in about two
weeks.

1) It takes up my ENTIRE screen including my task bar so that I cannot get
back to what I'm doing.

2)  The only way I can shut it down is by either using it to search for
something and then clicking on whatever it comes up with, or with
Ctrl/Alt/Delete in which case it forces all my browsers to close and I
possibly lose what I was working on.

3) This isn't as critical, but when I use Ctrl/Alt/Delete it also deletes
all my tray icons and I can't get them back unless I reboot the computer or
use that particular program.

I've posted the screen at www.beth2.onestop.net.  Does anyone know how this
is happening or what I can do to make it stop?  Please help!
