Site only works in IE

Hey list!

I have a major cross-browser problem.  Check this site out:

www.tempestproductions.net/guide

It works fine in MSIE (mainly because that's what I built it on), but in NN,
Mac IE and Mac NN, it's a total failure.  Both NN's don't even go as far as
loading the page, and Mac IE loads it totally wrong.  I don't even want to
see what other browsers show...

Now, I use major javascript for the menu - layers, etc.  So it's either that
or the styles maybe?

Anyways, does someone know what's going on and can you help me?  Better yet,
can anyone recommend a good, free validation program/service?
