I require an authorized account rep when setting up a new client.  If
there's morethan one rep, then one of then is primary.  If you have anything
remotely similar to this arrangement with these people, even in an inferred
manner, I would use that hierarchy.

Without that, you my want to do a 3-way with them.  Mutual agreement can
save money when campared to litigation.
