Hey there CSS gurus!

Here's a quick question.  I'm just mastering style sheets now and I'm
looking for some really great tutorials and resources.  Not the basics, but
the more advanced css stuff.  Anybody know a good site or sites?

And to go along with that quick question, here's a more detailed situation:

I'm playing with text links right now and I noticed that Netscape is very
picky about what it'll work with.  So, I need to know the NN limitations for
the A:link, visited, hover, and active styles.

I'm also not looking hard enough for this one:  How (if you can) do you
change the text color with the above mentioned tags, or is there another
way?  I just want to change the color with styles rather than with
javascript's onMouseOver.
