W3C Validation Problem

Hello All,

I have got 2 problems with a webpage at:-

1stly It only works in IE (it should show a table to the right of the form
which shows how the contents of the form fields will be displayed as they
fill in the fields.) This does not show at all in
NN4.7.

2ndly (and this is probably the cause) I am getting allsorts of
validation problems with the javascript lines when I use

http://validator.w3.org/

Should the validator look inside the script tags like this.?
Is my script tag OK?
Help??
