I have done all of the above to find my old toolbar.  I did the
resolution bit, I hid the windows taskbar, I looked for a
psp.ini file, that doesn't exist.. I can't find my tool bar.
That is why I rebuilt my own.  I guess the one I rebuilt
took the place of the stray one.
