Mouseover Caching in IE

I have a site I'm currently working on that I'm using mouseovers on.  I'm
finding that Netscape caches the graphics in the onLoad statement fine, but
IE 5.5 does not.  I'm wondering whether there is something I need to change
to achieve compatibility.

If anyone has that time I'd appreciate you checking out
http://www.warlords.org.nz/test2.htm and letting me know if you see any
possible causes of the problem.  NB: The links don't work yet as I haven't
yet built the rest of the site.
