hi billy
here is an example taken from the source code
for
http://www.alzheimertoronto.org/cpsupportgroups.htm
top left menu
all of the width's and height's have come from
somewhere else, I didn't put them in
in fact I didn't mention the size in anyway in the
original file

<tr>
<td valign="top" align="left" rowspan="2">
<a href="index"><img src="images/home2.gif"
alt="Return to Home Page" align="left" border="0"
WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="20"></a>
<br clear="all">
<a href="alztoronto"><img src="images/alztor2.gif"
alt=" Alzheimer Toronto" align="left" border="0"
WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="20"></a>
<br clear="all"><a href="astprograms"><img
src="images/progs2.gif" alt="Programs and Services "
align="left" border="0" WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="21"></a>
<br clear="all"><a href="inforesources"><img
src="images/info2.gif" alt="Information Resources"
align="left" border="0" WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="20"></a>
<br clear="all"><a href="getinvolved"><img
src="images/get2.gif" alt="Get Involved" align="left"
border="0" WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="19"></a>
<br clear="all"><a href="index.htm#siteguide"><img
src="images/siteguide.gif" alt="Site Guide"
align="left" border="0" WIDTH="174" HEIGHT="20"></a>
</td>
