Sane advice above, surprisingly from a fellow aussie ;)
If you fail to find a CMS that suits your needs, get yourself a tailor
made solution, the money you spend on having one made will quickly come back
simply by not having to hack someone elses solution.
Stay clear of phpNuke, postNuke as these are packaged disasters.
